Foaming Bricks

FIREBIRD Foaming Shaped Super-low Thermal Conductivity Insulating Firebrick is made from selected foaming agent and stabilizing agent mixed with high purity raw material like alumina powder, refractory fireclay, kyanite. After casting, drying, sinter and cutting, the finished bricks possess uniform microporous and super low thermal conductivity.

FIREBIRD Foaming Shaped Super-low Thermal Conductivity Insulating Firebrick are consisted by four brands with different density to meet furnace lining requirement.

Firebird Bubble Alumina Bricks choose high purity bubble alumina as main raw material, high property micro powder as additive, organic material as temporary binder, sintered in high temperature shuttle kiln.

The finished products possess large quantity of closed pore, have the characteristics of light weight & high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, high strength, tiny reheating linear change, good thermal shock resistance, good erosion resistance to erosive gas & melting slag.

Microporous Board

Microporous Board is composed by fine powder and fibrous materials, and formed by special compressing process. The average pore size is equal to or less than the mean free path of air molecules at standard atmospheric pressure. So the board has a lower thermal conductivity than the still air, which is ideal high temperature insulation material. The board have certain strength and can be covered by aluminum foil or PE foil.

Typical Application

Backup insulation in industrial furnace or equipment, such as ceramic kilns, glass furnace, feeding machines and chemical plants. Insulation for ladle and casting equipments.
